RD Associates
RD Associates, the parent company, has to its credit over a million sq.ft in civil, plumbing, and fire fighting projects ranging from industrial and institutional campuses to large residential and commercial establishments. They provide consultation, designing, contracting, and maintenance services to a wide spectrum of industrial, commercial, and residential sectors both in terms of design and execution with strict quality control measures in place and in adherence to predefined time frames. Born in Tanjavur and now a proud resident of Chennai, it has been quite a journey. With my expertise and education being in the space of civil engineering, I veered to wards construction both with passion and purpose. After decades in R.D.Associates, Etica is a fairly new venture that is aculmination of all the experience gained over the years. Etica is the result of years of understanding both the industry and the self. We are now one of the prominent builders of luxury homes in south Chennai.
